EP7312-IBZ Overview
Packed in 256-LFBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Tray. Cores/Bus width of the CPU is 1 Core 32-Bit . Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. The EP7 series contains it. The CPU is powered by a ARM7TDMI core. This CPU uses SDRAM RAM controllers. This microprocessor has DAI, IrDA, SSI, UART interfaces to serve you better. The CPU runs I/O at 2.5V 2.7V 3.0V 3.3V. There is MICROCONTROLLER, RISC MICROCONTROLLER, RISC in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. Search EP7312 for variants of the embedded microprocessor. The total number of terminations is 256. In the case of a 2.5V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. There is a 32-Bit architecture in it. A CPU operates at a frequency of 74MHz. The datasheets for 256 pins provide details. A maximum supply current of 2.7V is available. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. An injection of 256 pins is performed inside the body of the micro processor. There is only 1 core in this processor. As of 2.5V, the CPU microprocessor is capable of functioning.
