The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 1023-BCBGA, FCCBGA for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Tray. Cores/Bus width of the CPU is 2 Core 32-Bit . Extended operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TA. This is a member of the MPC86xx series. A PowerPC e600 processor is present in this CPU. Memory controllers for this CPU are DDR, DDR2. To serve better this microprocessor features DUART, HSSI, I2C, RapidIO interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 2.5V 3.3V. There is MICROPROCESSOR MICROPROCESSOR in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. Using a 1.05V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor. There are 32 bits in its architecture. The supply voltage should not exceed 1.1V. An external data bus width of 64 is available on this CPU.
