In order to increase flexibility, the package 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Gate drivers is package in Tube case.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.This gate type has a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~85°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Its configuration starts with 16 terminations.The base part number EL7457 refers to a number of related parts.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 5V volts of power.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board has 16 component pins.
