The 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package offers greater flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 4 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~18V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~85°C TA.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 16 terminations.In order to operate, a voltage of 5V has to be applied.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board contains 16 pins for component connections.
