A higher level of flexibility is provided by its QFN package.Bulk represents the packaging method.Mosfet driver is based on 16 terminations.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 16 pins when it is designed.A supply voltage of 5V is required for operation.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 2A that can be achieved.Within this subcategory of Peripheral Drivers, there are several useful electronic components.Temperatures greater than 85°C are not allowed.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 2mA.Due to its +-515V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.During operation, the supply voltage of 18V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 4.5V must be maintained.Currently, 2A is the current it outputs.With a voltage of 500μA, it operates with a constant current.A voltage of 16.5V is used as the output voltage.
