In order to increase flexibility, the package DIP is used.Bulk represents the package.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.You mount it with Through Hole.Devices have 8 pins available.With a supply voltage of 15V, it is designed to operate.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.An output current as high as 2A can be achieved at maximum power.This subcategory of MOSFET Drivers has a number of useful electronic components.Temperatures greater than 85°C are not allowed.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 5mA.During operation, the supply voltage of 15V is its maximum value.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.4A is the output current.The input of this function is characterised by SCHMITT TRIGGER.
