A higher level of flexibility is provided by its DIP package.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Through Hole method.There are 8 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called HALF BRIDGE BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.There is a maximum output current of 3.5A that can be achieved.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of Other Interface ICs.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.The power supply of +-5/+-15V is able to solve the power supply problems for a wide variety of applications.3.5A is the current that it outputs.With a 16.5V output voltage, it works.
