16-LBGA, CSPBGA packages contain it.Non-Volatile starts the process of storing this pentometer.Embedded in this digital potentiometer are 2 circuits.The digital analogic can be secured by using the Tape & Reel (TR) package.For this pentometer, there are 256 taps that protect against overcurrent.There are 256 positions in pentometer.In general, Surface Mount is recommended for mounting.3V~5.5V voltage can be supplied by the potentionmeter.Digital potentiometers have a temperature range of -40°C~95°C.There is a possibility of limiting the flow by 50kOhm.This object belongs to the DS1847 family.The potentiameter has 16 pins.Using this digital variable resistor, you will find Selectable Address, Temperature Sensor.When the potentiometer is supplied with 5V voltage, it conducts.It ensures stability of the digital resistor if it runs at its maximum 95°C.A temperature of -40°C is necessary to maintain its reliability.The electronic potentiometer can handle a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V volts.3V is the minimum supply voltage that it can work with.Max supply current 1mA is possible.
