There is greater flexibility with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).3 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.A supply voltage of 6V~38V demonstrates its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 40 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number DRV8304.Specification is for 8V supply voltage operation.The analog IC it uses is BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER in the design.
