DG509BEN-T1-GE4 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 16-WFQFN. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 4:1. An extended operating temperature of -40°C~125°C TA degrees Celsius. 16 terminations have been made so far. Due to its 4 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. A 15V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. An electrical component like this is included in the 16 series. The analog switch ics are built using SP4T switching circuits. It consists of 2 circuits. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 380Ohm. To find out what the 16 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. Multiplexer or Switches is a typical switch device. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 44V. 12V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 20V. With dual power supplies, you should attach at least 5V. A SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER analog IC is integrated into the board. 20V operating voltages can be used with this electrical part. A 250MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer.
