As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. A Clock PLL is included with the 56-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are a total of 56 terminations in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal.
