The 32-LCC (J-Lead) package contains FIFO memory chip.There is a case Tape & Reel (TR) in which it is packaged.In addition to storing applications and data, the FIFO chips have a memory of 144K 16K x 9 .It is recommended that the temperature be kept at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable operation.It is a Surface Mount mounting type FIFO memory.For operation, it requires a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V .A component in the CY7C series, this is an memory logic.There is a FIFO's maximum operating supply current of 35mA .Mounting it in the Surface Mount way is recommended.Memory IC belongs to the family of 7C4261 .A supply voltage of 5V is capable of producing high efficiency.As a result of this, FIFO means contains 32 terminations.FIFO design requires a maximum current of 35mA to operate.In the presence of a 66.7MHz frequency, it can maintain good accuracy.Additionally, RETRANSMIT can be generated with this FIFO memory.It is set to 5.5V volts for the FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage.To ensure normal operation, the supply voltage should be greater than 4.5V (Vsup).
