FIFO memory chip is included in the 32-TQFP package.There is a case Tape & Reel (TR) in which it is packaged.A FIFO chip's memory is 4.5K 512 x 9 , which may be used to store applications and data.The temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable operation.There is a mounting type of Surface Mount on the FIFO memory.Operating voltage is 4.5V~5.5V .The CY7C series comprises this memory logic.Mounting it in Surface Mount is recommended.In addition, it is among the members of the 7C421 family.Supply voltages of 5V are capable of achieving high efficiency.In FIFO means, there are 32 terminations.These are the 32 pins for operation.FIFO design requires 65mA amps of current to operate.When the supply voltage is set to 5V , the FIFO's maximum efficiency is achieved.The gadget is self-contained and can be found in FIFOs .In this part, the memory type is OTHER FIFO .In spite of the frequency 40MHz , it is capable of maintaining a good level of accuracy.Normally, 5V power supplies are owned by the component.By using 2 circuitry, FIFO memory chip has enhanced flexibility.
