As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 100-LQFP package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 100 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVPECL, LVTTL as its input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Providing a maximum frequency of 100MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Approximately 3.63V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator.
