Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 100-LQFP package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 100 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. LVPECL, LVTTL is designed as this clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. 100MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.63V of power.
