CY2XP22ZXC Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. In it, there are 8 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 2.5V allows for high efficiency. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. 125MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock generator ic works with 2.375V~3.465V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVPECL logic. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock Generator component. The clock-generating IC is a 8-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. CY2XP22 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. There are a number of 8 pins that are available on the clock generators. There is a CAN ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal. 1 signal outputs allow for maximi1ation of output frequency. High efficiency is achieved when operating at a frequency of 25MHz. During these clock generator operations, the maximum current supplied reaches 150mA.
