CY29352AXI Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 32-LQFP package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 32 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 200MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 2.625V. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 2.375V for safety considerations.
