CY28329OXCT Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 56-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. It contains a total of 56 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 133MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at 0°C~70°C, which is 0°C~70°C. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with HCSL, LVCMOS logic levels. The clock-generating IC is a 56-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number CY28329. There are 56 pins on the frequency generator that are available for use. RF synthesizers can handle voltages up to 3.3V. 22 signal outputs are provided for enhancing output frequency as much as possible. I have designed a clock PLL with 2 elements and low jitter performance.
