CY28329OXC Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 56-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 56 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, LVTTL, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 133MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.135V~3.465V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the Clock logic levels is presented here.
