This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 8 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock, Crystal, Resonator. There is a maximum frequency of 128MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator.
