This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock, Crystal, Resonator is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. 128MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As long as you provide 2.9V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work.
