CY24713SXC Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 8 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
