CY23FS04ZXC Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVTTL, Crystal as its input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 166.7MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as you provide 2.5V 3.3V supply voltage, it will work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at 0°C~70°C, which is what is estimated by the test. LVCMOS logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. This electronic component is usually classified as a Fanout Distribution, Multiplexer, Zero Delay Buffer component.
