CY23EP05SXC-1 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVTTL. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. There is a maximum frequency of 133MHz 167MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 2.7V. There should be a voltage supply above 2.3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. As long as you provide 2.5V 3.3V supply voltage, it will work. By calculating the test statistics, 0°C~70°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. LVCMOS logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
