CY2309CZXI-1H Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVTTL as its input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 133.33MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock generators can take up to 3.6V of power as a maximum supply voltageIn order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3V. There are 3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. It's compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. It has been classified as a Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Zero Delay Buffer electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor.
