CY2309CZXC-1H Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 16 terminations found in the file. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. In this case, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented.
