CY2308SI-3 Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 240 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVTTL as its input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented.
