CY22801FXI Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. There are 8 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called Clock, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An up to 166.6MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.14V~3.47V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. This electronic component can be classified as a Fanout Distribution, Multiplexer, Spread Spectrum Clock Generator. In this IC, a 8-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number CY22801. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 8 pins. RF synthesizers can handle a voltage of 3.3V as the supply voltage.
