CY22393FXE Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tube. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. LVTTL, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 166MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 3.135V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~125°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CMOS logic. It has been classified as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. There is an available 16 pin on the clock generators.
