The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. There is a maximum frequency of 166MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL.
