A 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used to reduce board space requirements.Packing is done according to the Tape & Reel (TR) method.The mounting type is Surface Mount.There are 1 circuits in this telecom IC .4.5V~5.5V can be supplied wtelecom IC's efficiencyh a voltage that enhances efficiency.Operating temperatures of -40°C~110°C can ensure reliable performance.Telecom switching is mounted in a Surface Mount-direction.The telecom interface has 28 pins.A current of 2mA is used as the supply current.For designers, telecom product offers a great deal of flexibility by operating on the 5V supply voltage.In addition to providing many benefits for designers, it operates using 2mA as a supply current.In order to ensure normal operation, the temperature is set to the minimum value of -40°C.A maximum value of 110°C is set to ensure normal operation.You should supply at least 4.5V volts.If the voltage supplied is lower than 5.5V, telecommunications device should be used.Normal operation requires that the supply current be kept at 1μA.With a resistance of 110Ohm, it is capable of working with a variety of currents.
