III series electronic parts, it can perform similar functions of the telecommunication product .Normal operation is ensured by setting -40°C to a minimum value.In order to maintain normal operation, 85°C must be set at its maximum value.You should supply at least 3V volts.5.5V should be lower than the voltage supplied.The superior flexibility of the telecom IC is achieved by using 1 channels.
