Saving board space is achieved with the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.The way of Tube is employed for telecommunications equipment packing.Surface Mount is used as telecommunications equipment mounting type.Telecom circuit is made up of 1 circuits.Providing 4.5V~5.5V wtelecom IC's efficiencyh the correct supply voltage will improve efficiency.A -40°C~110°C-temperature setting offers reliable performance.A Surface Mount-axis mounts telecom switching.The telecom interface has 16 pins.Telecom equipment operates wit h a supply current of 2mA.The supply voltage is 5V, which provides designers with a lot of flexibility.To give designers much flexibility, it uses 2mA as the supply current.The temperature is set at the minimum value of -40°C to ensure normal operation.In order to ensure normal operation of the telecom circuit, the temperature is set at the maximum value of 110°C.A minimum voltage of 4.5V should be supplied.If the voltage supplied is lower than 5.5V, telecommunications device should be used.Normal operation requires a supply current of 1μA.This telecommunication product can work with 100Ohm-resistances.
