Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator receives its inputs from CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 800MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as there are 1.71V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
