This electronic flip flop is of type JK Type. The 74HCTseries comprises this type of FPGA. In order for it to function properly, its output frequency should not exceed 60MHz. There are 14 terminations, which are the practice of ending a transmission line with a device that matches the characteristic impedance of the line. It is a member of the 74HCT73 family.
