CD74HCT125E Overview
Logical driver uses a neat 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. Tube external packaging. Available in Through Hole. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. Qualified to operate within -55°C~125°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 6mA 6mA. Logical driver can deal with 3-State output (s). Digital buffer is one of the 74HCT series devices. 14 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. This logical driver is a member of the HCT family. 14 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 14 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. You can search "74HCT125" for other related electrical components. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceiver. The digital buffer starts up under ENABLE LOW control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 8μA. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. Logical driver features DUMMY VAL to better serve the need. 4 channels for high quality communication. Digital buffer is characterized to have 4 inputs.
