The flip flop is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). You can find it in the Tubepackage. This output is configured with Differential. This trigger is configured to use Positive Edge. Surface Mountis in the way of this electric part. It operates with a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. A temperature of -55°C~125°C TAis considered to be the operating temperature. This D latch has the type JK Type. In FPGA terms, D flip flop is a type of 74HCTseries FPGA. Its output frequency should not exceed 54MHz. Terminations are 16. It is a member of the 74HCT109 family. A voltage of 5V provides power to the D latch. Input capacitance of this device is 10pF farads. This D flip flop belongs to the family of HCT. The electronic part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As you can see from the design, it has pins with 16. There is a clock edge trigger type of Positive Edgeon this device. The RS flip flops belongs to FF/Latches base part number. To achieve this superior flexibility, 2 circuits are used. An electrical current of 5V volts is applied to it. If high efficiency is desired, the supply voltage should be kept at 5V. Its output current of 4mAallows for maximum design flexibility. This D latch consumes 4μA quiescent current at all.
