CD4085BNSR Overview
A package with 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). Packged in Tape & Reel (TR). You can also get it in the Surface Mount version. There is full functionality in the Single-Ended output of this device. The communication type used by this application is AND/OR/INVERT Gate logic. At -55°C~125°C, the operating temperature has been extended. The inputs contain the 8 Input (2, 2, 2, 2) axis. The 4000B series includes this, so it belongs there. 3V~18V power supply is used to power it. Parts with 14 terminations are included in the package. For more parts like these, search CD4085. As you can see, it is joined with 14 pins. Easy installation and disassembly are provided by the Surface Mount-shaped device. This is a 14 solution for logic gate applications.
