CD4085BMT Overview
This package contains 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). The Tape & Reel (TR) package contains the following files. As well as the Surface Mount version, it is available. Single-Ended output is fully functional. It uses AND/OR/INVERT Gate logic communication type. At -55°C~125°C, operating temperatures have been extended. It contains inputs which are referred to as 8 Input (2, 2, 2, 2) inputs. There is a series of 4000B models based on this model. Power is supplied by a 3V~18V-shaped connector. There are 14 terminations on the part. For more similar parts, search CD4085. There is a 14 pin jointed to it. For easy installation and dismounting, it is designed as a Surface Mount device. In this application, a 14 solution is used. Normally, the part needs a voltage of 5V. I am referring to the Gates for specialiGatesed needs. As long as the device is in a quiescent state, there is a current of 20μA flowing over it. All of this is enclosed in a proper TAPE AND REEL package. In order to be able to operate this device, the user should be aware that it requires 3V or higher voltage to turn on. The logic is improved through the use of 2 elements. During this part's operation, 6.8mA current is generated at the output ends. Total 4 input lines were gathered. There is 1 of output lines in this part when it comes to the output line. There is a maximum-high current that this device can produce, which is 6.8mA.
