CD4085BE Overview
A package in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). It is included in this package that the Tube package is also available. You can also get it in the Through Hole version. In addition, it has a fully functional Single-Ended output. Communication is handled by AND/OR/INVERT Gate logic. There has been an increase in operating temperature at -55°C~125°C. To protect the device, the maximum voltage should be kept below 18V. The device requires 3V or higher voltage to operate.
