CD4060BEE4 Overview
This device is supplied in the PDIP package. It is configured with 16terminations. The supply voltage of 5V permits it to operate with full flexibility. The device has 1terminations. In all, there are 16 pins on each component. A circuit is connected to other components by 16pins. The array consists of elements storing 14bits each. There are 10bits of information contained in the device. The device has a temperature grade of MILITARY. In order to package it, TUBEis employed. Electrical characteristics are acceptable at extended periods of time at temperatures above [0]. It operates over a specified temperature range with a lower limit generally set to -55°C.
