CD4049UBDR Overview
As the part is packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), international shipping is convenient. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A Inverter logic principle governs its operation. A voltage of 3V~18V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Temperatures around -55°C~125°C are extended for operation. Datasheets for functions of 16 pins are available. It has 20μA current flowing through it when it is quiescent. There is a standard Gate logic device here. It has a capacitance of 50pF when loaded.
