The flip flop is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). D flip flop is embedded in the Cut Tape (CT) package. The output it is configured with uses Differential. There is a trigger configured with Positive Edge. There is an electrical part that is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The JK flip flop operates with an input voltage of 3V~18V volts.
