CAT812STBI-T3 Overview
A total of 4 terminals are used to mount this power management. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Cut Tape (CT) model. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. Please refer to power management for TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The supervisor is always powered by a 3.3V volt supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. There are a total of 4 pins on power management. 4 pins make up the power management. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.2V. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. The power management's supply current is 6μA. It is always advisable to use CAT812, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. A power supply of 3.3V watts is required for the operation of this power management.
