CAT809LTBI-T3 Overview
This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. It is packaged with Cut Tape (CT). Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts in a 5V-voltage supply. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount mounts IC management. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. The total number of pins on this power management is 3. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.2V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 20μA. It is always advisable to use CAT809, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. A power supply of 5V watts is required for the operation of this power management.
