CAT803MTBI-GT3 Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 3 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. A supply voltage of 5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. 3 pins are present on the power management system. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.2V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. There is a supply current of 20μA for the power management. You can always use CAT803, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. In order to operate this power management, it requires 5V volts of power.
