BU4069UBF-E2 Overview
The part comes in 14-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It works based on the Inverter logic principle. Voltage 3V~16V ensures the part's full functionality. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C. There is Surface Mount mounting in Surface Mount. High and low output current states are both 3mA 3mA. This item is from the 4000B series. Total terminations are 14.
