In order to increase flexibility, the package 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 16 terminations.Under its base part number AUIRS2191S, various related parts can be found.You mount it with Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 16 pins.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 3.5A.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of Peripheral Drivers.There can be a voltage up to 600V on the high-side (Bootstrap).Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 3.5A.Its maximum power dissipation of 1W shows its power loss capacity without overheating.With its 15V power supply, it provides power for diverse applications.In the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series, this gate driver is included.
