AUIPS6021RTRL Overview
As you can see, it's packaged in the way of a Tape & Reel (TR).It is included with the TO-252-5, DPak (4 Leads + Tab), TO-252AD package as well.It has been mounted as Surface Mount on the LED driver.There is a switch type of General Purpose.Ensure reliable operation by setting the temperature to -40°C~150°C TJ.In this LED driver, there are no outputs available.Operation is based on Not Required supply voltage.A maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts can be obtained with this LED driver.A lighting driver with Auto Restart features is available.It comes under the family of AUIPS6021R.As a result, there are 5 terminations.It is necessary to use the 5 pins in order to operate the LED driver.This results in the maximum output current dropping to 3.9A to meet the operation criteria.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of this LED driving board.Currently, the LED driving board has 24mOhm resistance.It belongs to the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.The output current is set to 19A in this case.This LED driver is self-contained in an econtainer with a capacity of Peripheral Drivers.In this case, the power supply is 6/28V.
