As you can see, it's packaged in the way of a Cut Tape (CT).It is included with the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package as well.Mounting type Surface Mount is selected for the LED driving board.There is a General Purpose switch type associated with it.In order to guarantee reliable performance, the temperature should be set to -40°C~150°C TJ.In this LED driver, there are no outputs available.The LED driving board operates with a supply voltage of Not Required.There is a maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts.In terms of features, the LED driving board has Auto Restart, Status Flag.The BTS640S2 family consists of this type.There are 6 terminations in it.During operation, the 7 pins are used.It contains 1 functions.As a result, the maximum output current is reduced to 11.4A in order to meet the operation requirements.Using a voltage of 12V allows for high efficiency.The LED driving board is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.4 pins are connected to it in total.This electrical component is included in the PROFET? series.When this is the case, the output current is set to 4A.In order to operate normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) must be maintained above 5V.
